Dear Valued Patient,
Effective May 20, 2022, Dr. Islam Abujubara (his patients call him “Dr. AJ”) at IMS Neurology has taken over ownership and operation of Pinnacle Neurology. As of June 1st 2022, IMS is the new custodian of records.

Dr. Rafah Alsahlani is Board-Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and practices Neurohospital Medicine in Arizona.
